WILLS AND PROBATE
Regardless of your age or health a tragedy may strike at any time. Should this happen to you the last thing your family will need after such a bereavement will be to get involved in sorting out your estate which will of course be more complicated if you die without making a Will.
Inheritance Tax may be payable on an estate of a relatively modest value. If you die without making a Will the Inland Revenue may benefit more than your nearest and dearest.
